Effective Systems for Small Business Accounting

Following are my affiliate recommendations for popular software options I use to simply account for my small business. It simply does not take a lot and a business instructor once told me that, "simplicity is power."

I still believe him to this day, 20+ years later.

Accounting Software

I am a firm believer in simplicity, therefore I stick to the basics of system creditability and client business security.

I recommend nothing less than Simple Start for small businesses. I do not recommend Self-employed because it is difficult to upgrade as your software needs grow.

Payroll Software

Marketing Website

For a high-end marketing website, I recommend Kajabi. It is pretty user friendly if you have some experience building a website. It also offers a great University suite for learning how.

Presence Website

I used to build quick websites for clients, but a lot of services like GoDaddy include a website builder with your monthly service for free nowadays.

So, for a general website presence I recommend BlueHost. It provides an ease of use and is more cost effective in the long-run.
